In collaboration: Modernity and Winch Design

Vintage meets contemporary

The newly renovated Old War Office building on Whitehall in London has been turned into a Raffles Hotel and luxury residences.

This is where Churchill had his office during World War II.

“We have worked with Modernity over the years. They have fantastic heritage pieces of the finest quality that work so well with contemporary design, and it is this mix between the different styles that makes the space so unique,” says Selina McCabe, Head of Interiors at Winch Design.

Designed exclusively by the esteemed Winch Design, this apartment features top global designs and unique pieces from their collaboration with Modernity. This penthouse is the only one among OWO's eighty-five residences crafted by Winch. Spanning 7,700 square feet, it has five bedrooms, a private gym, a service area, and a meticulously designed 4,000-square-foot deck offering views of iconic London landmarks like Nelson’s Column and the London Eye.
